If the cancellation is before your product is shipped:
›› Please inform the “Bhargava Opticians” Customer Care Team, they will issue Credit Note worth your order value.
However, if the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following
›› If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Care and inform them of the same. Credit Note will be issued worth order value (excluding shipping costs).
›› If you've received the product and want to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your shipment. You may return any unused item(s) in its original packaging. Credit Note will be issued worth order value of that / those products (excluding shipping costs).
If in case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested not to accept the shipment and contact Customer Care.
To meet the cancellation deadline, timely mailing of the written cancellation or return of shipment shall suffice.
Customized lenses fitted in frame will not be taken back. In case you feel any difficulty in product adjustment in terms of fitting or vision correction, you may approach any of our showrooms with your purchase reference and they will be pleased to assist you.
We do not provide any warranty on breakage of Frame, Sunglass, Hearing Aid, Contact Lens or Spectacle Lens (Except Polycarbonate Spectacle Lenses which carry warranty for 06 or 12 months depending on Brand & will be as per our Warranty Policy).
The product if delivered shall be accepted for return only if it is returned with the original box, instruction papers, warranty card and other accessories if any.
At “Bhargava Opticians” you can change your mind. If you are unhappy with the product you have ordered or it doesn't meet your expectations, then you may return the product within the 14 days period.
Please keep in mind, “Bhargava Opticians” reserves the right to claim damages. If the returned goods are damaged or show signs of use, return of goods will not be accepted & will be sent back.
We do not have any Refund Policy however; Refund is done if order has to be cancelled due to unavailability of product. Refund will be at the sole discretion of Management for special cases.
Exchange of products cannot be done more than once unless the product has any manufacturing defect.
If exchange is being done because you changed your mind, you need to pay delivery charge of Rs. 100/- (Trackon Courier) or Rs. 200/- (Blue Dart Courier).
If exchange is being done due to some manufacturing defect in the product, there will be no delivery charge.
We are permitted and retain the right to make mistakes, such as typing errors, technical or colour deviations, or price modifications, despite our greatest care not to do so.
Exchange and Return for opened Contact Lens Boxes will not be entertained. Refer Terms and Conditions also. In case, opened Contact Lens is not giving you proper vision or Comfort, Visit any of our showrooms and our Optometrist will give you a solution for your problem.
Warranty does not cover liability against any breakage except in Polycarbonate Spectacle Lenses.
